Cancelation, Return and Refund Policy
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change it. However, we offer free returns on all orders within 14days in case you change your mind.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on the Website, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund, replacement, or exchange within 14 days of purchasing your order provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. If you return a product(s), then you must also return any exclusive gift with purchase that you may have received with that order, or you will be charged the full value of the gift.
Items received outside of our 14 days return period will be returned to you.
It is important that you check your order upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.
Before attempting to return an order, you will need to contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] to request a returns authorization reference number.
To exercise the right to return an order, you must complete the section Return / Exchange enclosed with your original order and place it in the return package with the receipt/invoice. Please make a copy of the receipt/invoice for your records and return your online order to our Distribution Centre:

For reasons of security, we recommend you to send the good(s) you wish to return by using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods with acknowledgment of receipt.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days, this may vary during busy periods, and at the end of this period, you will receive confirmation of the receipt and processing of your return or exchange via email. Requests for exchange will be handled promptly and an exchange good(s) will be shipped standard delivery. Allow 10-15 working days for refunds of the amount paid for the goods to appear in your account.
Return costs will NOT be reimbursed, unless the return is required due to our error, as if we sent you the wrong product or if it was damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage costs to return any product due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the inspection process.
Note: Only products purchased on Website may be refunded or exchanged.
Continued returns will be flagged and lead to the closure of your online account.
