Orders

Orders placed pose subject to acceptance and availability. To be able to purchase products showcased within this Website and form any means of contracts with the Website, you will need to be over 18 years old under Greek law. Furthermore, when creating an order, you will have to provide us with your full and real name, your contact and payment details and possess a valid payment method that works on our website. If the items ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by telephone if an email address has not been provided), and you will be offered the alternative of either waiting for the product to be made available again or to cancel your order.

All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following: A confirmation email will be sent out regarding the dispatching of your order for delivery. This email can be perceived as the confirmation and acceptance of your order. Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days of confirmation of your order. Should we for any reason not be able to deliver your order within the given timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Once you press the ‘Pay’ button, you grant us permission to process your order as requested

Any orders placed are handled as an intent to purchase products from us, thus giving us the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order that you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you. We will take all precautionary measures to ensure the safety of your private information and payment details, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website.

We may be unable, or refuse, to accept your order because: one or more items may be unavailable, there are difficulties in processing the payment, your chosen payment method has been refused, we have identified a pricing or product description error, you fail to meet our order eligibility criteria or have failed to comply with our terms.

Shipping & Delivery Options

Thank you for your patience while shipping is taking longer due to high demand and expanded safety measures in our distribution center. Considering the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are still fulfilling orders and working diligently to minimize shipping delays while putting the safety of our staff first.

We aim to process orders placed before 11am Monday - Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or national holidays. Deliveries will be carried out by third-party couriers. By placing an order on the website, you agree to the conditions of carriage of our delivery partners. Orders in Greece will be delivered by ACS, FIS or ELTA or other accredited courier company and international orders (to Europe, USA and rest of the world) will be delivered by DHL or FedEx. 

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

Prices shown are inclusive of Greek Value Added Tax and do not include other taxes which may be applied in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you.

If your delivery address is within the European Union, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once your order arrives your destination country. Any such additional charges must be paid by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.

Shipping Charges:

Europe Standard Delivery (2-7 business days after dispatch): €10,00

USA Standard Delivery (3-10 business days after dispatch): €25,00

Rest of the World (within 30 days after the date of dispatch): €35,00

Important information: Shipping/Courier companies will leave the order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase. You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by Shipping/Courier companies. We are not responsible for goods that are delivered damaged or spoiled due to weather conditions or due to actions or omissions attributed to Shipping/Courier companies. It is advised that you have your parcels delivered to a cool, dry, and weather safe address. Please also ensure your letterbox is large enough to fit parcels. Where a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address details there will be an additional postage charge to resend your parcel. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure their delivery address is correct and easy to deliver, as we do not accept responsibility for incorrect address details or difficult conditions concerning delivery.

Shipping to China can take longer as on average it can take 5 days to pass customs. Orders may be subject to import charges. We accept no responsibility for these. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide necessary documentation and to liaise with customs in order to ensure accurate delivery.

Customs Fees: Some countries charge Customs fees, import duties, or impose other charges on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant governing authority in your country (Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be. By law, we have to declare the status (i.e., "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each product accurately. It is a criminal offence to make a false Customs declaration, and we will not misrepresent your goods for the reduction of import duties, tax, fees etc.

We make every effort to always deliver within our estimated times, however, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible; however, we will not be liable for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

Please note: due to the high volume of orders during the Sale or Holiday Season, delivery may be longer.

Secure Transactions

All credit card payments go through the electronic payment platforms of Paypal and "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and use TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. We take reasonable care to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details but we are not liable if these details are intercepted by and used by third parties through no fault of our own.

Cancelation, Return and Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change it. However, we offer free returns on all orders within 14days in case you change your mind.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on the Website, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund, replacement, or exchange within 14 days of purchasing your order provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. If you return a product(s), then you must also return any exclusive gift with purchase that you may have received with that order, or you will be charged the full value of the gift.

Items received outside of our 14 days return period will be returned to you.

It is important that you check your order upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.

Before attempting to return an order, you will need to contact our customer service team by email at [email protected]  to request a returns authorization reference number.

To exercise the right to return an order, you must complete the section Return / Exchange enclosed with your original order and place it in the return package with the receipt/invoice. For reasons of security, we recommend you to send the good(s) you wish to return by using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods with acknowledgment of receipt.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days, this may vary during busy periods, and at the end of this period, you will receive confirmation of the receipt and processing of your return or exchange via email. Requests for exchange will be handled promptly and an exchange good(s) will be shipped standard delivery. Allow 10-15 working days for refunds of the amount paid for the goods to appear in your account.

Return costs will NOT be reimbursed, unless the return is required due to our error, as if we sent you the wrong product or if it was damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage costs to return any product due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the inspection process.

Note: Only products purchased on Website may be refunded or exchanged.

Continued returns will be flagged and lead to the closure of your online account.
